He is currently a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI), as a member, he is required to complete a minimum of 24 hours of continuing education each year, this allows him to give you the most up to date service that you deserve. Timothy abides by NACHI's Code of Ethics, and follows NACHI's Standards of Practice. Lower's Home Inspection was formed in early 2005 by Timothy Lower to help home buyers, renters, and even renovators to find existing and sometimes arising problems with a home before purchasing it. He enjoys helping others to make sure they are getting the house they are really looking for, and not a house full of problems.
